These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player", or "Account Holder") and luck67 (the "Platform", "Company", "We", or "Us"). By accessing luck67 at luck67.net, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in full.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the luck67 platform. luck67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page regularly.

The luck67 platform is strictly intended for adult users. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and participate in any real-money gaming or betting activity on luck67. In some jurisdictions the minimum age is 18; however, luck67 enforces a 21+ standard platform-wide in line with international responsible gaming guidelines.

By registering, you declare and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.

• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active luck67 account. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts — whether under the same name, device, IP address, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. luck67 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of JazzCash/EasyPaisa wallet, bank statement, or card copy).
• Source of funds documentation where deposits exceed thresholds defined by our compliance team.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. luck67 will not process withdrawals to payment methods not verified as belonging to the registered account holder. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Any activity conducted under your account credentials is your sole responsibility.

All financial transactions on luck67 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Allied Bank, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Retail Cash agents.

By making a deposit, you confirm that the funds are legally yours, obtained through legitimate means, and that you are not using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illicit financial activity. luck67 cooperates fully with any law enforcement or regulatory body investigation into suspicious financial activity.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are defined on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.
• Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically clear within 2 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 24–72 hours, subject to KYC verification status.
• luck67 does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit (anti-money laundering policy).
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are subject to current network fees and exchange rates at the time of processing.

luck67 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and cricket betting specials during PSL and other major tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is communicated, as well as the general bonus terms outlined here.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted.
• Standard wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered a minimum of 25x (twenty-five times) unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10%–20%, and sports betting 100% on selections with odds of 1.50 or greater.
• luck67 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

All bets placed on the luck67 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. For cricket betting — including PSL, Pakistan international fixtures, and global tournaments — the following general principles apply:

• Bets are void if a match is abandoned or not completed within the timeframe required for settlement of the specific market.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of luck67 trading staff and may be suspended at any time during live events.
• luck67 reserves the right to limit bet stakes or restrict markets for any individual account at its sole discretion.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) are void and will be cancelled regardless of the outcome.
• Winnings from cancelled bets will be returned as a stake refund to the player's account balance.

For casino games — including slots, live dealer, card games (Nine, Jacks or Better), and instant games — all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology from our licensed game providers. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the luck67 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person.

luck67 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We believe that gaming should be a form of entertainment and not a source of financial hardship. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered luck67 players from within their account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much PKR you can deposit into your account.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any luck67 content without explicit written permission.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any luck67 software or game.
• Game content provided by third-party suppliers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.) remains the intellectual property of those respective providers under their own licensing agreements.
• The luck67 brand name and logo may not be used in any context that implies endorsement or association without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luck67 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the luck67 platform, including any losses resulting from:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of platform services for maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game outcomes, odds, or promotional information.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any action taken by luck67 in accordance with these Terms & Conditions, including account suspension or balance forfeiture.
• Connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service disruptions outside luck67's direct control.

luck67's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the value of your deposited account balance at the time the claim arises. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits luck67's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

You may request closure of your luck67 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering conditions remain outstanding.

luck67 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Engagement in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on the platform.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or terrorist financing activity.
• Identification of a self-excluded player attempting to circumvent self-exclusion controls.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement instruction to do so.

Upon account closure resulting from a breach of these Terms & Conditions, luck67 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. luck67's decision regarding account closure and balance forfeiture in cases of proven breach is final.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under luck67's international operating licence. By accepting these terms, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant regulatory authority's dispute resolution process before pursuing any other legal remedy.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome, or account decision, you must first contact luck67's customer support team in writing. luck67 will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and endeavour to provide a full resolution within 7 business days. If you remain unsatisfied with the outcome, you may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing authority for independent adjudication.

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of luck67 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
